British violinist Sarah Sew is winner of the Maisie Lewis Young Artists' Fund Award from the Worshipful Company of Musician, which supported her debut at
Wigmore Hall last season. She is also recipient of the prestigious Emanuel Hurwitz Award for an outstanding UK violinist from the Martin Musical Scholarship Fund, the J & A Beare Prize from the Royal Academy of Music and is a Concordia Foundation Artist. Sarah has served as Concert Master of the European Union Youth Orchestra since 2010. She leads the orchestra on a tour of the USA this coming Spring, collaborating with artists including Vladimir Ashkenazy, Itzhak Perlman, Pinchas Zukerman and Yefim Bronfman.
